Build strength head to toe with this 45 minute, full-body workout! Strength lab combines compound and functional movements, to strengthen your muscles, boost metabolism and improve your overall fitness. Using a mix of dumbbells, and resistance bands you'll target every major muscle group for a balanced and effective workout.
