Come learn different ways on how to improve your strength and stability in this 45 minute session. We will be focusing on abdominal muscles with some upper body and lower body incorporated as well. Strengthening this area will help decrease pain, improve balance, posture, and just make everyday life activities easier. Each class will be slightly different, but we will be doing exercises in a chair and standing. Weights and resistance bands may also be used as well, modifications will be provided.Free for Full Facility Members

Kick off the Christmas season, visit New York City and see the Radio City Christmas Spectacular with the famous Rockettes! Pre-purchased seats are in the orchestra section for the 11:00 am show. The show runs approximately 90 minutes with no intermission.Enjoy free time after the show to have lunch and spend the rest of the day in NYC before boarding the bus back to Upper Providence Township at approximately 5:00pm.

Come learn different ways on how to improve your strength and stability in this 45 minute session. We will be focusing on abdominal muscles with some upper body and lower body incorporated as well. Strengthening this area will help decrease pain, improve balance, posture, and just make everyday life activities easier. Each class will be slightly different, but we will be doing exercises in a chair and standing. Come learn different ways on how to improve your strength and stability in this 45 minute session. We will be focusing on abdominal muscles with some upper body and lower body incorporated as well. Strengthening this area will help decrease pain, improve balance, posture, and just make everyday life activities easier. Each class will be slightly different, but we will be doing exercises in a chair and standing. Weights and resistance bands may also be used as well, modifications will be provided.Free for Full Facility Members
