Chair yoga is great for anyone who wants a slow and safe introduction to the powerful practice of YOGA, someone with special needs, or if you're recovering from an injury. This class will focus on strength, balance, flexibility, and pain relief. Each week we will introduce new postures and breath work that build the skills and strength needed for an effective and enjoyable practice. This approach to yoga will help you find the strength, energy, and flexibility.
