Senior Strength & Stability

Come learn different ways on how to improve your strength and stability in this 45 minute session. We will be focusing on abdominal muscles with some upper body and lower body incorporated as well. Strengthening this area will help decrease pain, improve balance, posture, and just make everyday life activities easier. Each class will be slightly different, but we will be doing exercises in a chair and standing. Weights and resistance bands may also be used as well, modifications will be provided.

Free for Full Facility Members

*Starting in May - this class will be offered every other Friday. Class will be May 2nd, May 16th, and May 30th.

$5 per class for Community Pass and Non-Members
