We will be focusing on abdominal muscles with some upper body and lower body incorporated as well. Strengthening this area will help decrease pain, improve balance, posture, and just make everyday life activities easier. Each class will be slightly different, but we will be doing exercises in a chair and standing. Open Gym - Open Gym - Friday evenings - 5:00-6:00pm Full Facility Members and Community Pass Members can stop by the Center and shoot some hoops during Open Gym. $5 for non members. Please note, the Open Gym Basketball Schedule will be different next week. These closures are full gym, except for Wednesday's rental. The closure dates and times are:
Tues. (2/4) from 5:30-8pm (full court)
Wed. (2/5) from 5-6pm (half court)
Thurs. (2/6) from 6:30 to 8pm (full court)
Sat. (2/8) from 8am to noon (full court)

Dance - Dance Friday (Ballet/Jazz) - 5:30-6:15pm Grab your dancing shoes and join us for a fun dance program at the Community Center! We offer several programs with a variety of instructors. The goal of these programs are to teach the fundamentals of Ballet and Jazz to the children in a light hearted, fun way. Our Spring dance programs run for 14 weeks ending with a performance. All costumes are included in the class fee. Pink Ballet Slippers are required for class. You can purchase these on Amazon or check our donated supplies. If you have old shoes that you are no longer using and would like to donate them to the center, that would be greatly appreciated. Please drop them off at the center during regular business hours.Classes are offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at the Center.
