Come learn different ways on how to improve your strength and stability in this 45 minute session. We will be focusing on abdominal muscles with some upper body and lower body incorporated as well. Come learn different ways on how to improve your strength and stability in this 45 minute session. We will be focusing on abdominal muscles with some upper body and lower body incorporated as well. Strengthening this area will help decrease pain, improve balance, posture, and just make everyday life activities easier. Each class will be slightly different, but we will be doing exercises in a chair and standing. Weights and resistance bands may also be used as well, modifications will be provided.Free for Full Facility Members

Come join us at the Community Center for a monthly art project! January:In January, we will make unique winter wood slice scenes as our craft. These little winter scenes will look adorable on anyone's table. We hope you can join us on Jan. 9th for this fun craft. There is a small fee to cover the cost of supplies.  February:We will be making our very own No Sew Snowman! Don't worry - we won't be using actual snow for this snowman (or woman). Each person will make one snowman. This is going to be "snow" much fun! We hope you will join us on February 13th to make your very own Snowman/woman! March:We're bringing back a fan favorite! Chocolates! We will have a variety of molds for you to make ahead of Saint Patrick's Day and Easter this year. As usual, you are welcome to use any mold we have though. We hope you will join us to create delicious treats to share with family and friends! We'll have milk and dark chocolate available. There will be a small fee to help cover the cost of supplies.

This is a quick, 30 min high-energy HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workout designed to boost your endurance, and burn calories. You'll power through quick intervals of cardio, core, and light strength based exercises- with plenty of options for all fitness levels.This class is free for full facility members.

Mindfulness YogaThis is your time to relax, restore, and get centered. All yoga levels welcome for this class that promotes the mind body connection.*We will not hold class on Thursday, Dec. 25th. 
 
6:00 PM - 6:45 PM    Strength Lab - Strength Lab - Thursdays - 6 - 6:45pm
Build strength head to toe with this 45 minute, full-body workout! Strength lab combines compound and functional movements, to strengthen your muscles, boost metabolism and improve your overall fitness. Using a mix of dumbbells, and resistance bands you'll target every major muscle group for a balanced and effective workout. All fitness levels are welcome - modifications and progressions are provided so you can work at your own pace and challenge yourself safely.Tuesdays - Shannon         Thursdays - Liam6-6:45pm Members: Free Non Members: $20 per person

Welcome to Pokémon Central — a family-friendly hub for card fans and collectors! Bring your favorite Pokémon cards to trade, display, or simply share with other fans in a fun, welcoming environment. Whether you're a seasoned collector or just starting your journey, this is the perfect place to meet other Trainers, discover new cards, and enjoy the excitement of the Pokémon world. Battles are optional and may take place informally between participants who choose to play — but they’re never required. Come for the cards, stay for the community, and enjoy a relaxed space where every Trainer can shine!This is for all ages. Parents/Guardians, this is not a drop off program.

10:15 AM - 11:00 AM    SS Stability - SS Stability - Jan. through March 2026
Come learn different ways on how to improve your strength and stability in this 45 minute session. We will be focusing on abdominal muscles with some upper body and lower body incorporated as well. Strengthening this area will help decrease pain, improve balance, posture, and just make everyday life activities easier. Each class will be slightly different, but we will be doing exercises in a chair and standing. Weights and resistance bands may also be used as well, modifications will be provided.Free for Full Facility Members
