Please join us in building a community to support the well being of neurodivergent families and individuals. This class is a non-judgemental space to practice self regulation, motor skills and stress reduction. The program is designed to strengthen coordination and balance and regulate breathing through brain balancing exercises, mindful movement, and yoga poses. Please bring any fidgets or stimming toys, and a yoga mat.
BrainGroove yoga is designed for families (up to 4 individuals per class) to connect, flow, and build lasting relationships in their communities.
