Our new core-focused class will offer a variety of exercises and techniques to strengthen your abdominal muscles and enhance your overall stability. We will also incorporate deep stretches and poses throughout the class for effective recovery.
*Please note, this is in place of Pilates on Tuesday evenings and Thursday Mornings.
**On May 26th, class will be held in the amphitheater. If the weather does not cooperate with us, we will hold class in the Silo.
