Cardio Blast
This is a quick, 30 min high-energy HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workout designed to boost your endurance, and burn calories. You'll power through quick intervals of cardio, core, and light strength based exercises- with plenty of options for all fitness levels.
This class is free for full facility members.
Beginning in July - we will host this class from 12 to 12:30pm on Mondays and Thursdays. Thank you for your understanding.
