5K Gauntlet
Join us for our Inaugural First Responders' 5K Gauntlet and 1 Mile Kids' Gauntlet!

The First Responder Gauntlet is an exciting event organized by Upper Providence Township Police and Fire Departments, designed to be fun for everyone while supporting a good cause. Adult participants will take on a challenging 5K run/walk featuring obstacles inspired by first responder tasks. All proceeds support the Upper Providence Township Parks & Recreation Summer Emergency Services Youth Camp Fund, adding a meaningful aspect to the competition.

One example of an obstacle is the tire roll. Once completed, participants will continue to face more challenges that test their strength, agility, and endurance.

The 1 Mile Kids' Gauntlet will feature a kid-sized blow up gauntlet and 1 mile run suitable for children up to age 12.

Register early to be guaranteed a t-shirt. The first 300 registrations will receive t-shirts.
All proceeds support Upper Providence Township Parks & Recreation Summer Emergency Services Youth Camp Fund.
