Camp BR Weekly
For those who are looking for just one or two weeks of camp, or who may be taking extended vacations during the summer, we are offering 1-week camp sessions. Those attending the weekly sessions will do everything that those attending all 6 weeks do during that particular week of camp. They will go on the same trips, go swimming, and get Kona Ice and the pizza lunch. Camps run weekly starting the week of June 16th with the last weekly camp running the week of July 28th. Please note that THERE IS NO CAMP THE WEEK OF JUNE 30th TO JULY 4th due to the holiday.

If you are planning to register for summer camps this year, please be sure to visit our website, uptrec.org and create an account. Please be sure to add any children to your account who may be attending camps this summer. If you do not add your children to your account, you will not be able to register them for camp. By doing this now, you will save time during the registration process. Please keep in mind that if you register your child for more than one week, you will need to register them separately for each week.

All paperwork and payment must be completed before securing your spot in our summer camps. This includes a signed Camp waiver and the Emergency Contact and Medical Information Form.

Dates:
Week 1: June 16th - 20th
Week 2: June 23rd – 27th
Week 3: July 7th – 11th
Week 4: July 14th – 18th
Week 5: July 21st – 25th
Week 6: July 28th – August 1st

Pricing:
Pricing includes daily care for your camper from 8am-4pm as well as all field trips. The price also includes afternoon snack daily, Kona Ice every Monday afternoon, as well as a pizza lunch on Fridays. Pizza lunch includes two slices of pizza, fruit, and a juice box. Feel free to send extra snacks on Fridays if you feel they may need some. Alternative lunch options are not available these days. Please pack a lunch for your child on these days if they are not participating in Pizza lunches.

Camp Pricing 2025
Resident Registration: (2/24 to 5/16/25): $255
Non-Resident Registration: (2/24 to 5/16/25): $305
*Registration will open on Monday, Feb 24, 2025, at 9am for Residents and Non-Residents.

Camp Black Rock will accept campers from ages five to twelve. Campers must be 5 prior to the start of Camp Black Rock and be toilet trained as well.

Requirements
Parents must read the Camp Handbook, complete the Emergency Contact & Medical Information Form, and sign the Camp Waiver/Release form. The handbook can be downloaded by clicking on the link below. The Waiver/Release and Emergency Contact/Medical Info forms must be completed during registration.

  • Throughout the summer, campers will enjoy special events including Olympic Day, Bette's Bounce Day, and visitors such as Indian Run Environmental Education, Positive Space Art, and more.
  • All Activities are subject to change.

Program Cancellation and Refund Policy
Program Cancellation and Refund Policy: Upper Providence Township reserves the right to cancel any program, trip or activity due to insufficient registration, inclement weather or any reasonable cause; in this case a full refund will be issued. No refunds will be issued for cancellations unless requests are made in writing prior to 14 days of the start of a program. All refunds are subject to a 15% processing fee. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellation of bus trips, or cancellations made after the start of a program. There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.
