10:15 AM - 11:00 AM	SS Stability - SS Stability - September - December 2026 Come learn different ways on how to improve your strength and stability in this 45 minute session. We will be focusing on abdominal muscles with some upper body and lower body incorporated as well. Strengthening this area will help decrease pain, improve balance, posture, and just make everyday life activities easier. Each class will be slightly different, but we will be doing exercises in a chair and standing. We will be focusing on abdominal muscles with some upper body and lower body incorporated as well. Strengthening this area will help decrease pain, improve balance, posture, and just make everyday life activities easier. Each class will be slightly different, but we will be doing exercises in a chair and standing.
